Where to start...?

Builders warehouse have managed, once again, to raise the bar when it comes to hopeless ineptitude and **** poor customer service. <br> This latest display of brilliance started last week, when I made the fatal error of trying to buy building supplies from the chimps at your contractors counter.<br> I gave them the exact specs of the door frame I wanted, and they said no problem (which made me suspicious). I then forced them to write it down, with a dire warning of what would happen if it was wrong.<br> I ordered a bath, some ceiling boards, and a few other items that they had neglected to forget to order, and left.<br> to cut a long and predictable story short, the door frame which arrived on site a few days later was wrong (surprise!). the bath has disappeared into the dismal swamp of inadequacy of your pointless ordering system. <br> As a result I have now paid my staff to spend three days waiting for your staff to evolve, instead of fitting my customers bathroom. Your no help line doesn't work even when the pondlife you employ actually answer it.<br> <br> I don't expect anyone at your hopeless institution can even read, let alone take my complaint seriously, so I won't be holding my breath for a response.
