Where is my Washing Machine?!

I ordered and paid for a washing machine from Builders in Montana on Monday 24 February. We arranged to have the machine delivered to my home on Thursday 16:30 because I work far from home and I am only available on this specific day.

I received a call on Wednesday telling me that the Delivery people were outside my home with my washing machine while I was at work. I reiterated that I am not home and that the delivery date was scheduled for Thursday.

Thursday comes, Thursday goes by and no washing machine. No calls, no nothing.

I spent the better part of today (Saturday) (almost a week since I PAID FOR MY PRODUCT) trying to contact someone to send me my ****** washing machine. I have been bounced from piller to post. I eventually received a call from Builders Mokopane Branch informing me that they have no record of my payment. I have to point out yet again that I purchased the machine from the Montana Branch.

Sherwin, a call centre agent informed me that Prince, from the Montana Branch, would phone me back later today regarding delivery. So far no calls yet.
