where is my PAID item?

31/05/2021 - placed an order for the stove 14/06/2021 - expected date for collection 5 TELEPHONE CALLS 14 OPERATION DAYS - And no SMS, no Email, No phone call (from you) as to where my PAID item is!!!

HERE IS HOW TO RESOLVE THE MATTER: 1.Get stock from whatever store that has the item - and fill my order. 2.If the supplier is not getting back to you - guess what - SPEAK TO THE MANAGER or THE FLIPPEN CEO of Defy if you have to!

The fact that you are silent in this whole matter for FOURTEEN DAYS!!! Just angers me.
