When will things improve ?

Went to Builder's Express near River Road in Bryanston, today Sat 28th March at about 10h30. Have been there before as we live nearby. Had the usual rude and condescending service experience. Most of the staff seem to think that they are doing customers a huge favour and that the customer is a nuisance and not the reason for their being employed. They also seem to have little idea of how to work the trade card, and the procedure for paying the correct amount from one's credit card into the Trade Card is a Stone Age experience. Complained to the manager on duty, who apologised - but you know what? Apologies wear thin after a while and what really matters is getting it right the next time - for which 'pleasant customer experience' experience I am still waiting.
