What is the Staff being paid for?????

I went to Builders on Thursday the 14th May looking for gas/oil lights. I was first told at the information desk they do not do gas cylinders. I then proceeded to the isle for gas equipment and suchlike. I went from the gas isle to the one where the outdoor lanterns are shelved. I also went to the lightning department. Now in the half hour or so that I spent between the isles not one single assistant approached me or tried to help me. They gather in the electrical department where a whole racket is made. Then I went past the curtain /accessories where there were a few ladies having a conversation, but wow!! I am sure the people in the bathroom section could hear them. After going up and down, I decided to leave the store because everytime I go to Builders Warehouse now I have this aggravating problem of all these people loitering around being paid and not performing. It is really sick. <br> <br> I compared the service in South Africa to the service received in the USA where I was for a month, and sorry to say no match bearing in mind that those very assistants in the States work 2 to 3 jobs and they can assist, smile and be helpful. This is not my first complaint
