What happened to Builders warehouse?

Unfriendly staff Nobody to help you in the store but the worst is the yard staff. Staff product knowledge is pathetic. Don't ask because they won't know. This is experienced for the last 2 years and I visit them atleased 3 time a week. Not because I want to but because there is no other store close by that have stock.
