What do the customer mean to you?

09 Sep 2021 Builders Express Worcester = Refuse to refund there faulty Trimmer Question-what does a customer mean to you??. Dated 22.03.2021 bought a trimtech trimmer amounting to R700.00 at Builders Express Worcester.On the 2nd use cutting my lawn halve way the trimmer just switched off.I went to Northgate Builders to purchase an upgraded one to finish off.I went to Worcester had my till slip with trimmer explained to the assistant only to refuse my request called his Admin Manager Tosca Hurter who also refused my refund only to info me she first need to send it away for repairs..my goodness how difficult is it to plug the trimmer in a socket and check to confirm my findings??? She gave me all the excuses other than making the customer happy..told her she is contradicting herself cause at the back of the slip it's states I can get a refund...as what do I do with a trimmer costing R700 that's NOT working and a brand new one DO NOT MAKE SENSE?? Else I refund the new trimmer then they can send the other for repairs...this to the Admin declined. I contacted your customer care who tried to resolve after trying to contact the store for almost 30min?? Think her name was Adele confirmed she agree with the refund and will resolve. A week later no phone call no email NO REFUND?? Furious is putting it mildly I want my refund and NOT going to except Builders Worcester selling me a there faulty electric equipment.
