What a Useless Company

I am utterly appalled by the incompetence of Builders Warehouse. I made a payment for my order on March 31st 2026, with a guaranteed delivery window of April 9th to 11th 2026. Today is April 11th, 7pm and not only has my order failed to arrive, but the company has also blatantly ignored me. I have called them several times, and each time, I receive empty promises. There has been no communication, no tracking, no updates, just a complete lack of accountability. This is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this company at all costs, they are a ***** and a waste of time.
