What a terrible company

If I could give 0 or minus I would! They are not only more expensive than other hardware stores but there service stinks!! I ordered online and apparently they only deliver Wednesdays to Newcastle?? They never have stock and the once a Wednesday never happened?! So week after week , nothing delivered!! Finally we told them we can’t wait any longer, we desperately needed the 4x 5L paint. The store told us that it’s at Pietermaritzburg and they will send DHL to collect it but we will have to make the arrangements ourselves. Two couriers companies later, The courier Guy told us they can collect it and delivery a week later. Needless to say, my husband drove to Pietermaritzburg, on his own cost , and fetch the paint? No excuse, compensation etc. Unfortunately this has now happened over and over again?!
