What a great attitude and willingness to help

We had reason to go to Builders Warehouse to look for a component for a lazy susan. We had no idea what to look for and Pikkie went over and above the call of duty to assist. He also managed to make sense of what we were describing and found it on the system. Although their branch did not have stock, he called a branch that did, made sure they went to fetch the product and keep it aside for us. The whole experience was so pleasant and Pikkie was so accommodating that I intend to only shop at that branch and at Builders Warehouse for any of our DIY projects. Well done and thank you
