Weet eter broke the sameday

Today I bought a trim weeteter trim tech 650. I have used it for 2 hours and it started to give problems. I was told because I did not fit the safety guard that they cannot have it repaired because the grass went into the the motor. No were in the leaflet it says I cannot use it without the safety guard. . Even without the gaurd it collects grass on the motor. They are happy to sell you something but when it is not working the same day they have always something to say. This is not the first time it happens with something I bought from builders in Uitenhage . People should be careful to buy anything from them. I dit not ask my money back. I left it in the store and walked out. Beware. People when buying from them
