Website Order not Honored
I placed an online order with Builders Warehouse in Somerset West - for a 950 litre Ecotank - over a week ago. At the time of purchase their website said they had 10 in stock. I then received a call to say they had no stock and were waiting for delivery of new stock. After several follow ups I'm still waiting. It seems they give their stock to shoppers in store before they honor their online sales. 3 days of rain wasted later. I'm pretty angry and will never shop online with them again. They should not offer an online shopping platform if they can't do it properly. Demand for the product or not. The two stars are for friendly staff.
