Website Letdown

I am putting this on Hellopeter to get Builders attention.

This is for Builders Warehouse head office and for the company that is hosting the website. This includes the webmaster, who is losing Builders Warehouse a lot of money online.

When trying to sign up to the website, the small input of having to put in your date of birth becomes a major hassle. You cannot just type in your DOB, but have to click backward by month, one at a time, and the back arrow button keeps jumping up or down depending on the length of the spelling of the month.

Terrible to have to go back 40 years - takes about 5 minutes.

Your bounce rate must be very high.

Secondly, there are SO MANY products with absolutely no prices on them. So why would anyone bother?

For a big company like yours, who should know the value of a website bringing in masses of business this should be # No 1 on your to-do list.
