<p>Constructive feedback with a modern view on customer convenience! Just a basic piece of advice: please make it possible to search for product items on your website... maybe like your sister co, Makro. To merely and just post promotion brochures (consuming huge amounts of data to the cost of customer) is not helping any customers en route buying at your shops! For example, if one searches for "cement" in your Search bar, it provides everything except the types / prices / availability of the wanted product (currently just some articles on "cement"). You have a wonderful offering, but goodness provide us with the opportunity to see what you have to buy, online!!!!</p>

Good Afternoon Alex,

Please accept our apologies for your poor search experience on our website.

Unfortunately we do not currently show products on our site with the exception of our promotions. The latter however are loaded as pdf’s so search doesn’t pick up product details.

As a business we are however busy with our online project which will offer you the search functionality you would expect. It is unfortunately quite a lengthy project and will still take some time to launch.
