We don't care when you requested the delivery
<p>I placed an order for delivery on 14 July 2016. Delivery to take place between 16:00 and 17:00 . Get a phone call at 09:30... "We are at your gate", explain no one is home and I requested specific time. "Okay, 4 o'clock then". Call the company at 16:30... "oh sorry, we don't have drivers available - we can deliver at 09:30 tomorrow" explained that I have builders coming at 7 o'clock. . . "The problem is we don't have drivers" as plain again that this was not communicated and a time was agreed... "the problem is we don't have drivers" explain again... "we will see what we can do and phone you back" .... still waiting. .. </p>

I'm sorry for the service you have received at our Builder Express in Robindale.
This isn't the type of customer service we want you or any of our customer's to experience.
As per our telephonic conversation, I have escalated the matter to our branch manager to ensure that the necessary corrective measures are put in place so that you or anyone else does not have the same experience.
