Water installation *******ion

On the 25th of July I purchased a water tank with an accompanying voucher to install said water tank at my home. The tank was delivered however the tank was never installed by the sub contractor (4Sure) which builders uses because they do not have the capacity to install the water tank. Having waited 3 weeks for the installation to happen i was also subject to ******ion attempts for more money from the technicians that are employed by 4Sure. I would like to warn consumers from Builder Warehouse Port Elizabeth that the water tank installation voucher does not work as a product and you should not waste your time buying it. There are a whole host of internal issues ranging from capacity, to pricing, to dishonesty that render the product obsolete to consumers and would advice them to stay away from buying the R9k installation voucher as both Builders and their subcontractors have no intention on fulfilling their obligations on the installation. I have subsequently issued notice for a full refund as it is a ****.
