Wasted costs wasted time. Not customer friendly.

Bought a retractable awning online. When it arrived and I eventually had time to instal I discovered that the size incorrect. They delivered a size that was smaller. So basically shopping online means you have the hassle of being inconvenienced with receiving the wrong order. Waiting for it to be checked and rectified and if you called out an installer you have incurred wasted costs.
