Waste of time trying to place an order online

I am at a loss for words how bad my online exp was with this Org. I spent an hour shopping online and could not checkout as it got stuck on enter city and postal code.!!!! It does not allow you to type in those fields. After another hour on Customer support I was told they wanted R3000 delivery fee!!!! Total waste of my time. Their software and service is hopeless.
