WASTE OF MY TIME
Waste of my time Today I went to Builders xpress in Uitenhage looking for L shaped shower curtain rail according to their systems it shows they have 2 bt a salesman spent almost an hour looking for the item which he couldn't find in stock. I was so disappointed cause I took a bus to Uitenhage from PE. I wondered to myself hw they do stock take if stock can just go missing or misplaced. The gentleman by name of Luyanda tried to assist making calls bt it seems the stock was not in store. I am very dissatisfied with such cause I left home knowing they hve stock

30 Sept 2020, 15:28Xcitement got call from Karen at Uitenhage store trying to explain hw come they don't hv stock and refer me to another store.I call the store but to my surprise they dont sell the product at all how hard it is to source this product from other stores that hv stock.
The East London store had some stock or else it will be the same case as Uitenhage store .
I am so disappointed

Xcitement got call from Karen at Uitenhage store trying to explain hw come they don't hv stock and refer me to another store.I call the store but to my surprise they dont sell the product at all how hard it is to source this product from other stores that hv stock.
