Washing machine not washing.

I bought a washing machine in Strubensvalley on the 6th of July and went back and on the 11th September and told them i want to return the machine they refused and sent a technician and it wrote on his report that the machine is not washing properly, so I have been waiting forbtheir call ever since. They said they'll call me back they still haven't. They can take their machine back and give me back my money. This machine does not wash properly.
