Warranty repair - past 1 month now

I bought a welding machine on 31-Oct-15, but only really started using it during the Christmas period - 29-Dec-15 to be exact. It worked for about 2hrs and then died. I took it in immediately to BWH, North Riding with the invoice etc. and it was booked in for repair (not exchange because a couple of months had elapsed). Repair document number 14078, dated 29-Dec-15.<br> <br> Since then I have visited the repair counter twice, phoned once and also actually spoken with the acting store manager on either Sat 16th Jan, or 23rd Jan (can't quite recall).<br> <br> I have had absolutely no feedback. No news of my welder. No return phone calls, despite promises every time.<br> <br> BWH - please just replace the darn unit, and lets get on with our lives.
