Warranty on the Geyser
I claimed from my insurance a leaking geyser, the insurance discovered that the geyser was still under warranty.
The warranty was voided by manufacture claiming that geyser didn't have a pressure valve. Interesting the geyser was just leaking but still have hot water all along.
They refuse to replace this geyser.

08 Jul 2024, 11:28Hi Sibongile, I tried calling you and there was no answer. Please could you let me know if you have purchased a pressure valve when you purchased the geyser and it was installed by a certified plumber. JF

Note that the geyser was only leaking on the body and it was functional until insurance sent their plumber then the plumber from builders warehouse, suddenly the geyser is no longer working. The insurance plumber is the one that realized that the geyser was still under warranty and they did not indicate anyway of geyser not having pressure valve.

Yes there was a pressure valve and it was installed by certified plumber.
