WARNING ! do not use the Builders online service.
WARNING ! do not use the Builders online service. Items listed in stock are not in stock, with my order : *** 2 out of the 4 items were not in stock and after two weeks from date of order the items were still outstanding. Builders does not return calls OR emails, in my specific case #22 calls over 100 minutes on the phone ~ several emails ZERO reply. As of this review, one item is still outstanding. Refunds are not possible, "credit can be made to online profile" - have requested this, still waiting for it to be actioned.

You can use the funds off your next online order, or if you'd like the funds to go back to the card you made payment from, please provide us with the following:

- Proof of purchase
- Proof of Banking details
- Completed refund form (this will be sent via email)
Once we have received the documents, the refund will be processed and it can take between 7-14 working days for the funds to reflect.
Alternatively, you may collect your refund at any Builders store.
