Walmer builders warehouse WORST SERVICE EVER.

On the 7th of June I made a purchase of building material @ "Walmer builders warehouse" to be delivered on the 10th as it was too later to e delivered that day I made my purchase. Delivery came @ 16:35pm on Monday in New Brighton Police Station, which was very late which they could not deliver due to the fact that my area is a "Crime Hot Spot". My builders were waiting for material to work, i had to pay builders just for coming no work was done 16h35 all contractors are packing their staff to go home. Tuesday at 08h15 we went back again to builders spoke a delivery supervisor who's name is "Munro" who had an attitude told us that we will get our delivery on 12th on Tuesday, we had to fight with him hence he promised us it will be delivered on the 11th between 12pm and 13pm, which did not happened instead their driver went past our area to deliver in Despatch. Now it's the 13th 3rd day waiting for my Building material has not arrived still, I am very appalled and disappointed on the service they pride them selves with which is non-existent. I even went as far as to organized the escort protection and also numerous calls made to builders warehouse following up on this matter. I am writing this review absolutely disgusted with the service and lack of customer care from management from the Walmer builder warehouse in Port Elizabeth.
