Waiting over 3 weeks for delivery, no feedback from Builders

We placed an order online on 22 November. We received the delivery but not everything was delivered. They phoned us to say it will be here in 2 weeks, but still haven’t received anything. We’ve sent emails but not getting a reply. When I phoned last week they said they will phone us back and we’re still waiting. It’s been 3 weeks and 5 days since we’ve place the order online and the website said that there was stock, that’s why I ordered it there. Now I’m waiting with no idea on when I can expect the delivery.
