Waiting fora response

I ordered blinds in the middle of June. According to the information on the order it should have been ready at the 4th of July. I went to Builders warehouse in Sunningdale, nothing yet and they said I should wait for an sms. I sent a query via email to Builders warehouse. No response yet. When will I get my blinds or can I please get my money back.
