Waiting for service/feedback
Worst service. Went to buy a wooden plank. Told that they can cut it for me and went to fetch the responsible person. 20min and 4 requests later, one of the employees tells me the person is having lunch.
No problem with the person having lunch. It the 20min wait and various requests and nobody coming back to inform me.
But the service at Secunda Builders has been on a serious decline. Next will rather drive to Timber City
