Waiting anxiously for a delivery.

On Sunday I went to Strubensvalley Builders Warehouse to purchase two 6 meter Lintols for delivery and later that day went back to them purchase 10, 6.6meter roof sheeting by them and the guy in management that assisted me told me that he would add it to the transport delivery from earlier that day as one drop off.....I recieved an SMS with a delivery number on Monday for Tuesday's delivery as promised....I phoned Builders yesterday morning and spoke to Vuyo who confirmed the delivery but could not give an ETA which I was okay with...My builders came in anyway to wait for the delivery even if it they came later the afternoon....No delivery took place for the day...Tried to phone Vuyo in deliveries since yesterday at 5pm up till now a new day at 1pm...Customer service has also intervened this morning and still no delivery till now...Today my builders are there again sitting inside the yard like security guards....Does Builders Warehouse know that these guys sit there at a cost???? I live across the robot from Builders Warehouse so maybe I should take a wheel barrow and battle myself to get my order home.... Good thing for us is that Chamberlain is opening shop right next to you then I won't have to cross the highway anymore to experience such inconsistencies.
