Waiting 2 years for carpet refund!!disgusting

I paid for an installation of a carpet on 12 December 2013 at Builders Warehouse in Sunningdale. The sales person Hannes was very helpful. Upon installation the contractor, Leslie, ran out of glue and had to return the next day to fix up the seams/joints. He never did. Hannes referred the matter to Bernard, the manager, who said they were no longer using the first contractor, he would send Zayne. When Zayne arrived to do the repairs he said the the first contractor made such a mess. He recommended that the carpet be lifted and redone. Builders warehouse had to order the carpet and because companies were closing for season I had to wait for the new year. I went on holiday and returned 2 months later. Hannes contacted me in August 2014 to asses the carpet. In November Zayne arrived to reinstall. He had been given the wrong colour. He stopped all work and referred me to Bernard, who was leaving the company and was not interested to sort out the matter.I went to BW to speak to a more senior person, Tony. He assured me he personally undertakes to find my carpet in the new year. Nothing, no feedback!. In August 2015 Tony agreed to refund my money. 20 December 2015 and I am still waiting.
