Visiting builders Warehouse klerksdorp

Never again would i buy or return anything at builders Warehouse klerksdorp. Me Seanoleng Mohale in returns dept was rude unwilling to help clicking her tongue numerous times.I left and was stopped at the door by security person mr katlego moneoang asking for my slip while vigorously forcing his hand in my bag. Of course the manager were not there so i left phoning the call centre which linked me to reception at klerksdorp branch. I tried again through call centre and store to get hold of the area manager no luck i then started the mail chat at complaints dept . She responded twice without any help and disappeared from the system at 5 o clock. Earlier on the same day i was instructed to collect 10 bags of lawn dressing myself from the parking lot as there were none in store builders has a strict covid policy for their clients but security guards are allowed to cover their mouths only builders management this is not the end of my story
