Very Very Poor Service, Don't care attitude

Dear HelloPeter, on the 12th March 2016 my mother and i went to Builders in Mayibuye to buy Ceiling boards and Cornishes, and we were told that they do have them in stock because we wanted to take them home immediately as the builder was already at home to start the work. So we went back home in P****long to fetch my mother's bakkie, so my mother decided to go back after 2/3 days, to our surprise they told her that they dont have in stock, they were not aware, bare in mind that its petrol she used all the way back to the store. Then she asked to speak to the manager his name is Musa, he assured my mother that he apologizes for the inconvenience, he will personally take the responsibility and deliver the goods as soon as they arrive in store or give my mother petrol money. He did not come back to my mother until on the 19 March 2016 my mother and i went back to the store to make a follow-up, we found that they now have stock but Musa the manager did not come back to my mother. Im asking myself if Musa took advantage that he was dealing with an older person or is it because its the service they give in townships, because in Kempton Park i never receive such poor service,Very annoyed.
