Very unhappy with communication

I placed an order at the Helderberg store for delivery two days later. I received part of my order, the personnel delivering my order said there was no stock of the balance of my order, 23 retaining blocks. I had seen the product when ordering and also stock is shown online.

I was informed by the delivery team the store would contact me, 4 hours later I am still waiting after phoning the centralised contact number.

The ridiculous part is that the centralised contact point can only see online orders so you have to speak directly to the store, the joke is that the centralised contact point could not even get a response from the store.

It shouldn't be necessary for me to chase around trying to solve Builders communication problems.

I have run up a cellphone bill with no result and will have no option but to drive to the store to try and get the balance of my order delivered.

Does anyone actually manage this store and are they held accountable for their staff?
