Very RUDE staff no response after complaint to com

I bought supplies from builders warehouse a few months ago on my corporate credit card.<br> <br> Then my receipt got wrecked while filling in my claim forms. ( two young daughters ) so over the nezt 4 weeks this unfolded.<br> <br> So i visited the branch for a copy with all the info needed and they shunt me around, keep me waiting, and shout to each other for a hour with out helping me. When i wanted to talk to the manager they said i cant see him his busy.<br> <br> So my wife went and try to get the receipt and got the same treatment.So this is definitely their modus operand i.<br> <br> I send 2 e-mails one to complaints and one to the adres on the website got a respons for my phone number from one and a question for more info and that was it nothing. Nobody said anything els no respons nothing.
