Very Poor Service at Builders Warehouse Gezina

I purchased a Homemark Top Mop about 5 months ago. Something went wrong with the bucket and I actually wanted to have it replaced today. The cashier was friendly enough and called the sales assistant and department manager. I waited for a while and then they eventually arrive. The manager made every effort to insinuate that my complaint was unjustified, made it clear that he wasn't in a hurry to help me and threatened to book the item in for a repair. I asked to see the branch manager. Again waited for a while, the manager walked past me, ignoring me and addressed the sales assistant. I told him that I requested to see him and explained the situation to him, he ignored me again and told the cashier to give me a refund and also told the sales assistant not to sell me a replacement item. No apologies, greeting, nothing!!! I will not shop at Builders ever again.
