Very poor service and false promises

Builders warehouse (Witbank) Emalahleni. I have paid for a dishwasher on the 29th November 2021, (they had no stock,) but I was assured that they will have it by 2nd December 2021 ready for collection. It's now 23rd December 2021 and no dishwasher. What kind of service is this, if I call to find out what the problem is, my call got cut off or I got transferred from one person to the other, or cut off. I had to followed up calls from them, and there supplier was blamed. Don't make promises to customers if you can't full fill it.
