VERY POOR SERVICE

I have made the mistake to register on Builders website. I was interested to buy online. This was at about January 2020. I now receive about 5 junk mail offers from the website per day. I when on the website to unsubscribe me. I called their helpline several times over this period and was told that they will sort it out. Their reference no *** refer.
