VERY POOR SERVICE

Today the 29th of February 2024 I was at Builders Warehouse in Capegate in Cape Town where I had a incident where I requested to speak to a Manager and I did not like the way i was treated as a customer by the Department Manager by the name of CONSTANCE BUDAZA. Her attitude and service were very very poor, as a Department Manager of the store. When she came to assist me, she was not friendly at all in the first place because she didn't even greet me and she also did not introduce herself to me as a Manager should do. She came with an attitude and didn't even want to hear me out. When I told her that I am going to report her bad service she gave me, she told me I must do so. The ATTITUDE she gave me was a (I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE) I myself is a Customer Service Manager of a Big Corporate Company and if it comes to good customer service you must be PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES and have a PASSION to work with customers. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR SERVICE I GOT AT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE IN CAPEGATE.
