Very poor service

The information desk at Builders warehouse Gezina the level of service is very poor, I went there for RCS services for more than two days and I was told the person who is supposed to help is not in for duty or they went out and you stand there like a lost sheep before they can attend to you while they busy doing up and without any apology or any information. They make you regret choosing their store for services
