Very poor service

I am very sad to say that I will stop supporting builders warehouse in klerksdorp because of their very poor client service. I recently did some renovating and over a period of about 3 days phoned builders warehouse numerous times to get prices on various products that I needed from the 20/05 - 22/05 I phoned about 10 times to speak to sales consultants and I am disgusted to say that not once did I get through to anyone. The phones ring and ring until they go through to a voicemail and then disconnects you. When I went there straight after I phoned I saw there were staff members but they were too busy playing on their cellphones and running around and making jokes. Very poor service I will not be going back there anytime soon
