Very Poor Service

I came into the shop to enquire about Timber being advertised in there leafle. I went to the Timber section asked a gentle man in a builder's uniform where the Timber is that is advertised, all he said to me was walk down there you will see it there,I went and saw nothing.I then asked another lady who sent me to the building department counter where another gentleman told me I should just ask anyone outside that's wearing a builders warehouse uniform for help.I did that and that guy also couldn't help me and said to me he doesn't work there he works on the road,he then said I should ask the Heyster driver.Now how does a big place like this operate if people don't know anything.
