Very poor service

I had ordered three doors online at Builders Warehouse on 16 June 2021. They had sent me confirmation that I will receive my doors at Bloemfontein Builders Warehouse on 26 June. After 26 June, they stated on my order history that I will now receive the doors on 7 July. I went personally to Bloemfontein Builders Warehouse, where they promised me that the doors will be re-order. I had send several e mail to Builders Warehouse head office about my order, but no feedback. That is really unacceptable from Builders Warehouse. The worst service ever from any building suppliers. Head office service poor as the Bloemfontein store also. Un friendly and not helpful. The attitude of the lady at their online order dispatch is really of the worst ever. I will not recommend people to order online from Builders Warehouse, as there is no after sales service.
