very poor online delivery and aftersales support
very disappointing service from the online site. you have to wait more than the promised 2-5 days to get your stuff. i contacted them 3 times already. no-one has even returned my calls, even though they promise a response in 2 hours.
will never buy online form them again.

13 Dec 2024, 07:12i got half of the order late yesterday afternoon, the rest of the order still not here. i cannot complete the job with half the products. if you promise to deliver, then make sure the customer get s everything on time and not less than half the order in 6 days????

13 Dec 2024, 08:17i just spoke to the delivery manager at tygerberg branch, they can only deliver my products this afternoon. it is now 08h05. this is totally unacceptable. do you guys have no consideration for other peoples deadline. I want my stuff this morning or I will seek litigation on this matter.
