VERY POOR EXCUSES FOR NOT TAKING BACK UNSERVICEABLE STIL UNDER WARRANTY

I purchase an inverter from Builders Warehouse July 2022 it only worked for 4 months and 18 days . I approached builders, they informed me the inverter is not suitable for RSA conditions due to load shedding.and the batteries have packed up. When I purchased Builders did not inform me that it is not suitable for RSA certifications . My neighbour bought the same inverter which they to back and reimbursed him . The agent’s importing the inverters replaced the batteries and suggested install solar panels . I installed solar panels , but no very long and the new batteries pack up . I approached Builder Head Office complaints department. I sent emails and emails. Today I phoned , they returned my call and in spite that they took back my neighbours and the year warranty,not expired ,and never in informing me of the fact that the batteries will not last and will need to be replaced every 3 to 6 months ,They informed me that they would not take back the inverter and reimburse me. I feel that this harbours on a *****ulent transaction. The lady we spoke to could not explain why they to back the neighbours and would not help me
