Very poor customer service and uncaring attitude

I went onto the builders warehouse website to order a lawn mower - much needed as my garden service cannot cut my lawn. I need it quite urgently as my lawnmower is broken and I am unable to repair it. I ordered a new one from Greenstone (Builders Express) off the website. They took my money - confirmed the order and indicated that I could expect my delivery. Today after several days I followed up - to be told they were not delivering as only Warehouse branches were doing deliveries and not Express branches. I find this unacceptable - why in the last week could they not have let me know. Now they are telling me I will have to wait up to a week for a refund. As customers we deserve much, much better. Big Thumbs Down Builders Warehouse/Express.
