Very impressed with true customer service

<p>I was callign a few branches to find out if they have stock of two items i needed i called the cape gate branch the call rang for a minute or to and got diverted to the builders warehosue contact centre i think that means callcentre. That was when my whole perception of customer service has changed mediocre to "well hello... heres someone that actuallly takes pride in her job. So to Chanel Olivier thank you for your stellar customer service it is not every day that you come across someone that genuinely wants to help you with a query to its end, and you have done just that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you again for your assisted I am a bit gutted that I didn’t get both items I was looking for but your assistance made the builders warehouse shopping experience that much more convenient.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
