Very dissapointing service

My name is Miss Hadiah Khatieb and I am very angry at the fact that I have to sit on the phone between your Customer Contact centre waiting to be put through to your Patio department at the Builders Tokai. Then when I am finally put through to Builders Tokai someone picks up and after me telling the woman that I need to speak to someone regarding an Umbrella concrete base, she says just hold on and leave the phone laying somewhere and I can hear office chatter in the background yet no-one comes to pick up. Eventually after me yelling so many times ‘Hello’ someone comes and either puts me on hold as I heard only music playing or transfers me again.

I am angry as Hell as this is not service and I would like someone to just help me in terms of this particular item. I live in Pelican Park and need to know if you have the Umbrella concrete base with the steel attachment to it for holding a Rotary Washing line and then I need to know if you do deliveries as I need to have it delivered to me.
