Very disappointed - Fourways **** to us
<p>We purchased a patio table set at the Fourways branch and it was the last set in the store and was missing a chair. The man who we dealt with said it was the last set in Johannesburg and gave us a very small discount so we took the set minus one chair. One of the chairs is faulty and cracked when we sat down so now we are two chairs down. </p> <p> </p> <p>We just walked into the Sunninghill branch and saw a full set sitting on the floor. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted by how the staff have just **** to us and have ******ed us to move a faulty set. DISGUSTING!!!</p>

Still disgusted. You guys need to sort out your internal communication. Yesterday I had 4 people calling me telling me that the patio set has arrived at the Fourways branch and will be delivered to me today (Thursday). Then a 5th person called me and told me it would be here within the hour (Wednesday). It never arrived.
I called NORMAN this morning telling him that it never arrived and that it needs to be delivered either before 12.30 or after 2pm, and he told me he'd call me back. He never did. I called the store now only to find out he has knocked off. Still no patio set.
This is the same NORMAN that **** to us and told us the set was the last one in Johannesburg if I'm correct. This guy needs to be disciplined or FIRED!!! I am appalled!!!
