VERY BAD SERVICE!!

The worst service i have received to date!! i placed an order for a generator on the 25th June 2020 and was advised that it would be delivered on the 29th June 2020. to date it still has not been delivered. As if that was not enough, no one has the decency to contact me to advise on the progress of the order. Ive been calling their contact center daily since Monday and all i ever get told is that someone will contact me, which NEVER happens. i just called again now and spoke to a consultant by the name Kelly and she had nothing to say! I was on the line for 25 minutes with no answer!!
