Very bad service!

Ordered tile adhesive, grouting and spacers to be delivered on 9 June 2021. Waited all day and no delivery. I phone at about 15h00 and was told it was out for delivery and they would deliver it. Waited and NO DELIVERY! Called this morning to be told that the "courier" arrived and did not realise there was cement to load and they had to come back with a bakkie. They had still not returned today 10/6/2021 the day my tilers were meant to start! How is this my problem? I ordered and paid and expected the delivery on the day stated.
