Very bad service and feedback with regards to white glove service sold

I bought a Upright Freezer that was speedily delivered on 24/11/2021, however the "white glove service" that I purchased was not actioned. Numerous calls, promises and the expense of loosing my meat the white glove installer now claims he does not handle freezers! No one phones you back. I left a message for the branch manager at 12h00 for urgent response as it seems that no one is able/capable to sort out a mere problem!
